1995-2000: Attorney Analyst for the Michigan House of Representative Judiciary Committee.

2000-present: Private Practice representing both private and public employees before state and federal courts, as well as administrative actions before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and the U.S. EEOC.

2012-2022: Outside Labor Counsel for the Association of Supervisory and Administrative School Personnel (“ASASP”) union that included administrators and supporting personnel, i.e., a 1,000 membership body, for Prince George’s County Public Schools. Representation included administrative and disciplinary proceedings, contract negotiations and advising the union regarding all legal and policy-related matters.

2024–present: Outside Counsel for a multijurisdictional substance abuse treatment center. Advise client-employer regarding its day-to-day policies, practices, and procedures in employment relations. Represent client-employer in EEOC/MCCR and unemployment hearings.
